We created the Nike Free x Metcon film as a CGI exploration of strength and transformation.

The shoe shifts between training objects like a dumbbell, weight plate, and kettlebell. Each transition was a technical challenge, designed to keep the transformations realistic and visually clear while maintaining the identity of the product.
